Our florist and greenhouses are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, we recommend placing your order at least 2 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
We deliver to Bethel, Fallsburg, Ferndale, Forestburg, Glen Wild, Grahamsville, Harris, Hurleyville, Kauneonga Lake, Kiamesha Lake, Liberty, Loch Sheldrake, Mongaup Valley, Monticello, Mountaindale, Neversink, Rock Hill, Smallwood, South Fallsburg, Swan Lake, Thompsonville, White Lake, White Sulphur Springs, Woodboure, Woodridge, and Wurtsboro, New York.
U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 a.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.
Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We do not take timed deliveries. If it is going to a business, please list the hours of operation so we do not miss them!
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
We do not deliver on Sunday's. The only exception for this is funeral arrangements.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Loose Flower Information
The Monticello Greenhouse, Inc. gets their loose flower deliveries every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (holiday depending) from Alders Wholesale Florist, Inc. in Campbell Hall, NY. These flowers come from all over the world, meaning availablity can be based on seasonal changes and production limitations from those countries. If you are looking for a specific flower or a large quantity of any kind of flower, we recommend ordering as soon as possible! Loose flowers are also sold by the stem, and some are offered by the bunch; please call or email and ask for prices!
